Acceptance of General Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. The contract between Stilcasa.Net Srl and the Customer is concluded with the acceptance, even partial, of the order by Stilcasa.Net Srl. Such acceptance is considered implicit unless otherwise communicated in any way to the Customer. By placing an order, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided during the purchase process and fully accepts the general and payment terms hereafter stated. 2. If the Customer is a consumer (a person who purchases goods for purposes not related to their professional activity), once the online purchase procedure is concluded, they should print or save an electronic copy and retain these general terms of sale, as per Articles 3 and 4 of Legislative Decree 185/1999 regarding distance selling. 3. No right of the Customer for damages or compensation is acknowledged, nor any contractual or extra-contractual liability for direct or indirect damages to people and/or things, resulting from the non-acceptance, even partial, of an order.

Purchase Methods

4. The Customer can purchase the products present in the electronic catalog of Stilcasa.Net Srl at the time of the order and visible online at the URL http://www.stilcasa.net, as described in the relevant information sheets. It is understood that the accompanying image of the descriptive sheet of a product may not fully represent its characteristics and may differ in color, size, and accessory products shown in the image. All purchase support information (Glossary, Purchase Guide, etc.) is to be considered as mere generic informative material, not referable to the real characteristics of a single product. 5. The correct receipt of the order is confirmed by Stilcasa.Net Srl through an e-mail response sent to the email address provided by the Customer. This confirmation message will include the date and time of the order and a 'Customer Order Number,' to be used in any further communication with Stilcasa.Net Srl. The message will reproduce all the data entered by the Customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly communicate any corrections according to the methods described in this document. 6. In case of non-acceptance of the order, Stilcasa.Net Srl guarantees timely communication to the Customer. Stilcasa.Net Srl reserves the right to cancel an order for any reason within 2 days of receipt, promptly notifying the Customer.

Delivery Methods and Costs

8. At present, Stilcasa.Net Srl can only accept orders with delivery within Europe. 9. For each order placed on www.stilcasa.net, Stilcasa.Net Srl issues an invoice for the shipped goods, sending it via e-mail to the order holder's address, pursuant to Article 14 of Presidential Decree 445/2000 and Legislative Decree 52/2004. For the issuance of the invoice, the information provided by the Customer at the time of order will be used. No changes to the invoice will be possible after its issuance. 10. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer. 11. No responsibility can be attributed to Stilcasa.Net Srl in case of delay in order fulfillment or delivery of the ordered goods. 12. Delivery of the ordered goods is intended at street level unless:

• otherwise communicated by our customer service
• stated in the product's technical sheet
• the explicit purchase of delivery to the floor, where provided

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check:

• that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document sent via e-mail;
• that the packaging is intact, undamaged, and not wet or otherwise altered, even in closing materials (adhesive tape or metal bands).

Any damage to the packaging and/or product or the mismatch in the number of packages or the indications, must be immediately contested, putting a WRITTEN RESERVATION OF CONTROL (SPECIFYING THE REASON FOR THE RESERVATION, e.g., "pierced packaging", "crushed packaging", etc.) on the courier's delivery proof. Once the courier's document is signed, the Customer can no longer object to the external characteristics of what is delivered. Any issues relating to the physical integrity, correspondence, or completeness of the received products must be reported within 7 days of delivery, according to the methods described in this document. 13. In case of non-collection within 5 working days of the material stored at the courier's warehouses due to repeated impossibility of delivery to the address indicated by the Customer at the time of order, the order will be returned to the warehouses of Stilcasa.Net Srl.

Right of Withdrawal

14. Pursuant to European Directive 83/2011 and Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, if the Customer is a consumer (i.e., an individual purchasing goods for purposes not related to their professional activity, and does not provide a VAT number on the order form to Stilcasa.Net Srl), they have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason, without the need to provide explanations and without penalty. 15. To exercise this right, the Customer must send a communication to Stilcasa.Net Srl within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods. This communication must be sent by registered letter with return receipt, addressed to: Stilcasa.Net Srl

Alternatively, by telegram or fax sent within the aforementioned 14-day period and followed by a confirmation via registered letter with return receipt, sent STRICTLY within the next 48 hours. Once the withdrawal notification is received, Stilcasa.Net Srl Customer Service will quickly inform the Customer about the return procedures, assigning a unique RMA code for the return, which must reach Stilcasa.Net Srl within 10 days of the authorization. The goods must be returned intact, complete with all parts, and in the original packaging (envelopes and boxes), stored and absolutely sealed. 16. The right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:

• The right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on parts of the purchased product (e.g., accessories, bundled software, etc.).
• The right does not apply to customizable products, such as loose or colored cutlery, products with personalized laser engravings. Colored cutlery is considered a customization, as they are assembled in the color chosen by the customer and are not replaceable.
• The right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed software (including those attached to hardware material), once opened.
• The purchased item must be intact and returned in its original packaging, complete with all parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.); to limit damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it in a second box with the RMA number on it (authorization code for return); avoid placing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging.
• By law, the shipping costs for returning the goods are at the Customer's expense; delivery costs and any additional expenses highlighted at the time of the order will not be reimbursed.
• The shipment is under the complete responsibility of the Customer until the receipt in our warehouse is confirmed.
• In case of damage to the goods during transport, Stilcasa.Net Srl will notify the Customer of the issue (within 5 working days of receiving the goods in our warehouses) to allow the Customer to file a timely complaint against the chosen courier and obtain reimbursement for the value of the goods (if insured); in such cases, the product will be made available to the Customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the withdrawal request.
• Stilcasa.Net Srl is not responsible for damages or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments; upon arrival in the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not caused by transport. If the packaging and/or original packaging is damaged or opened, Stilcasa.Net Srl will withhold a percentage from the refund, not exceeding 20%, as a contribution to restoration costs.

17. Subject to any restoration costs for confirmed damages to the original packaging, Stilcasa.Net Srl will refund the Customer the entire amount already paid, within 14 days from the return of the goods, through a reversal of the charged amount on the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it is the Customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details where the refund will be sent (ABI - CAB - IBAN - Current Account of the invoice holder). 18. The right of withdrawal completely lapses, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and/or its content), in cases where Stilcasa.Net Srl ascertains:

• The use of the item or opening of the original packaging;
• The absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts, ...);
• Damage to the product for reasons not related to its transport.

In case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, the goods will remain at the premises of Stilcasa.Net Srl, available to the Customer for pickup at their expense.

Warranties

19. All products sold by Stilcasa.Net Srl are covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty and a 24-month warranty for conformity defects, pursuant to DL 24/02. To use the warranty service, the Customer must keep the invoice (or DDT) received by e-mail in PDF format. The Warranty may require requesting assistance from Authorized Service Centers in the area and/or following the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. 20. The manufacturer's conventional warranty is provided according to the methods illustrated in the documentation inside the product packaging. If, after intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect is not covered by the manufacturer's conventional warranty, the Customer will be charged for any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by Stilcasa.Net Srl. 21. The 24-month warranty pursuant to DL 24/02 applies to products showing a conformity defect, provided that the product is used properly, in accordance with its intended use and as provided in the attached technical documentation. This warranty is reserved for private Consumers (individuals purchasing goods for purposes unrelated to their professional activity, or making the purchase without indicating a VAT reference in the order form). In case of conformity defect, Stilcasa.Net Srl shall restore product conformity, at no expense to the Customer, through repair/replacement or price reduction, up to contract termination. If, following intervention by an Authorized Service Center, the defect does not result as a conformity defect under DL 24/02, the Customer shall be charged any verification and restoration costs requested by the Authorized Assistance, as well as transport costs if incurred by Stilcasa.Net Srl. 22. DOA replacements (Dead On Arrival: non-functioning product upon delivery) occur only if expressly provided by the manufacturer. Replacement or repair times depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies. 23. If, for any reason, Stilcasa.Net Srl is unable to return a product under warranty to the Customer (repaired or replaced), Stilcasa.Net Srl may, at its discretion, refund the amount paid, taking into account the usage of the product, or replace it with a product of equal or superior characteristics. 24. Repair or replacement times depend exclusively on the manufacturer's policies, and no damages can be requested from Stilcasa.Net Srl for any delays in repairs or replacements. 25. In cases where warranty applications require the return of the product, the item must be returned by the Customer in its original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessories: manuals, cables, etc.); to prevent damage to the original packaging, it is recommended to place it in a second box; avoid placing labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original product packaging. The Customer will be provided with a return authorization number (RMA), which must be indicated on the outside of the package, according to the instructions provided in the authorization email.

Privacy

26. The personal data requested during the order process are collected and processed to satisfy the explicit requests of the Customer and will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances. Stilcasa.Net Srl guarantees compliance with data protection regulations, governed by the privacy code under DL 196 of 30/06/2003. Data controller is Stilcasa.Net Srl, via G. Verdi 10, Falerone.

Applicable Law

28. The sale contract between Customer and Stilcasa.Net Srl is understood to be concluded in Italy and regulated by Italian law. For the resolution of civil and criminal conflicts deriving from the conclusion of this distance selling contract, if the Customer is a consumer, the territorial jurisdiction is that of the forum of his/her residence town; in all other cases, the territorial jurisdiction is exclusively that of the Court of Fermo.
