Solid copper casserole dish perfect for cooking legumes, game, chicken, and rabbit, designed for slow cooking. Entirely hand-hammered and hand-tinned over fire with 100% pure tin, ensuring safety and quality in compliance with Italian laws (Law by decree no. 108 - 25 January 1992, CEE directive 89/109).
Solid brass handles are securely fastened with 5mm rivets, adding durability and aesthetic appeal to the design. Note: the lid is sold separately.
