Kappa Sandblasted Fruit Knife, 18/10 (AISI304) Sandblasted Steel, Thickness 2.5 mm, Length 220 mm | Eme Posaterie

The fruit knife symbolises a table setting that promotes a healthy lifestyle, and those who prepare wholesome and nutritious foods always include a fruit knife at their table. Slightly more sophisticated than its larger counterpart, the table knife, it is also less sharp and pointed, given its different use.

Kappa Sabbiato is a collection of cutlery made from 18/10 stainless steel with a polished finish and sandblasted handle.

The mirror polishing of the cutlery is a surface processing technique through which, using specific rollers and ultra-fine grit abrasive pastes, the desired brilliance is achieved.

The sandblasted finish, characterized by low roughness, is obtained through the technique of micro-blasting: a cold surface treatment of the steel performed with ceramic microspheres blasted at high pressure. The object thus gains a distinctive aesthetic impact as the reflected light is diffused by the surface.

Kappa Sabbiato is a collection of mirror-polished cutlery but with a sandblasted finish limited to the handle part, which not only makes the cutlery elegant with a beautiful play of light but also ensures a good grip. It is a cutlery collection with a decoration of a predominantly classic motif. Cutlery with a slender and sober shape, an expression of simplicity and refinement!

Kappa Sabbiato is a cutlery collection available in a wide range of 19 items and can be sold individually to compose the service according to different needs or in packages.
