    What is the procedure of ordering?
    Once the product has been chosen, go on to the technical specifications, click on "Lo Voglio" (I want it!): At that point the product will be put into the shopping cart. The Stilcasa cart is rather different from others; it keeps track of all your purchases without catapulting you to the till. It works only as a memo. As soon as you’ve finished having a look around our products, you can then click on to "Procedi all'acquisto" (Proceed to purchase) the products listed in the cart. At this point you can insert your details, choose login and password (which allows you to repurchase without putting in your details again), method of delivery and payment etc. Just click on "Continua l'acquisto" (continue purchase) your exact order will appear and the postage cost of your choice. At this point after the exact data has been checked, you can confirm you order. At the end of the procedure, the system will send you an e-mail summarising the data entered by the customer so that you have written confirmation. Also orders paid by credit card are subject to the same procedure. The collection of the amount, comes only AFTER the consignment and receipt of the merchandise.

    Can you cancel an order?
    There’s no need, Stilcasa will always call you, the customer, by phone asking for a confirmation of the order.

    What are Stilcasa’s ways of payment?
    There are four ways to pay:
  • Via credit card
  • Via bank transfer
  • Via post office
  • Via cheque
    All our prices include VAT.

    Is payment by credit card reliable?
    Yes, the technology of 128 bit allows absolute protection in the transmission of sensitive data and the transactions appear on the Banca Sella server which is among the safest out there.

    Can I purchase an item even if I am not registered with Stilcasa?
    Sure. Stilcasa allows even those who are not registered with us to surf our site and purchase items, the log in name and password are for customers who don’t want to re-enter their details.

    Can I check the status of my order?
    Of course you can! You can log in at any time to: http://clienti.stilcasa.net or click on the icon at the top of every page with the wording "Area clienti". By inserting your login and password chosen at the time of the order, you will enter into a page where your order will be displayed in detail and the progress of the article purchased.

    I cannot remember my password, how can I get hold of it?
    Click on richiesta password, you have to insert your log in name and our system will automatically send you your password to the e-mail address that you specified at the time of registration.

    What is a shopping cart?
    The shopping cart is the virtual space in which you place your items of choice during your visit to our site. The cart allows you to add, edit or cancel the products and it offers you the chance to see a sub total of the cost, that way in every moment you can instantly know the price exact.

    How can I modify the content of my cart?
    Click on "Procedi all'acquisto" (Continue to buy) under "il tuo carrello" (your cart), increase or decrease the quantity, or even empty the cart (we advice the navigation with the links of the site, not with the Back keys of your browser).

    How much are transport costs?
    The transport costs is variable in function of the weight, the volume and the nature of the goods ordered, with exception of very large orders where we will tell the customer the amount of the transport. The prices of the usual sizes are on the delivery page.

    How long does the delivery take?
    From 48 to 72 hours - during working days, for any destination in Italy.
    From 72 to 96 hours - during working days for European destinations.

    What happens if I’m not at home at the time of the delivery?
    If we cannot end the delivery because nobody is at the destined address, the courier will leave a note. At that point the addressee can contact the courier’s agency and agree on a second delivery, or for you to take it from the courier’s H.Q. We always ask for you to specify any eventual problems concerning the delivery in the space "Note e Commenti" (Notes and comments) at the end of the order. (e.g. ring such-and-such door bell…; I live on the second floor…; I’m at home from (…) to (…) delivery time…). Doing it like this will allow us to hurry along your personalised order with no problems.

    How can I render the defective merchandise?

    I am a company and I’d like to be treated differently from the other customers.
    For companies Stilcasa has a particular division 'Vuoi un preventivo?' (Do you want an estimate of expenditure?), where you can send us your inquiries and purchase methods.

    I am a customer and I’d like to make a considerable purchase. Can I have a discount?
    Sure! You can send your estimate of expenditure to the 'Vuoi un preventivo?' (Do you want an estimate of expenditure?) section and Stilcasa will let you have its very best offers. Your order can be concluded by telephone or fax.

    How can I have a product that is not on your list?
    By using our special service Stilcasa su richiesta (Stilcasa on needs). Stilcasa will activate the search needed and find you the best price.

    Can I use my pc and internet connection to enable my friends to subscribe to Stilcasa?
    CCertainly, because the details of the prospective customer are directly inserted into our data. This is due to the information system that internally manages along with the p.c. browser in a rather ‘tighter’ way than most. We advise you to empty your cache with the refresh key at every new session in addition to inserting the log in name and password of the user.

    Can I insert my own e-mail address to sign up friends and relatives to Stilcasa?
    No. The e-mail address is strictly personal and is identified in an unambiguous and unique format.

    How can I quickly search for a product?
    Using our internal search engine. To activate it you can:
  • Type the product you are looking for in the appropriate space available in the top right-hand corner.
  • Activate it by the ricerca avanzata (advanced search), button, where you can carry out enquiries by type of article and see the price.
